I was given a pair of old pajamas from a dear friend of mine because she knows that I love to make things out of recycled things. First, I cut the pants in half and hemmed the rough edges:
Then I folded it in half vertically and folded the sides in:
And then I pinned it on my baby: 
This is such a cool diaper because there is elastic at the waist! Which I never put in myself because it takes too long. And its Tommy Hilfiger! Watch out Huggies, here comes the Tommy Diaper by moi!
